Happy Monday!

With another short week, this week students will have spelling tests on Thursday instead of Friday and will not have math homework on Thursday.  Tomorrow is Science Day at Ridgeview Elementary.  Student Science Projects will be displayed in the gym from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  In addition, The Reptile Man will be visiting Ridgeview during the school day.  That is exciting! Students continue to work through multiplying larger numbers, computing perimeter and area, as well as fine tune their multiplication and division facts.  The all school Read-a-Thon begins this week.  All students need to READ each and every night!

Students do not have school on Friday, Jan. 27. Spelling tests will be on Thursday. Spelling homework will be assigned on Monday and Wednesday, and math on Tuesday.  Thanks for your help and support.

Fourth graders began their two week swimming program at Splash today.  Students need to remember to bring a swimsuit, towel, and plastic bag to school each day.  Ridgeview is focusing on Science during the month of January.  Students are welcome to bring a science project to share during the school day and during Science Night on January 31st. Project forms are available at school.  We hope you had a wonderful holiday!
